The City of Suisun City has announced its upcoming Saturday Night at the Movies and Sunday Afternoon Suisun Waterfront Jazz Series, running from mid-June through August (no movies or jazz concert will happen during the July 4th long weekend.)
Funded by a grant from the Suisun City Community Services Foundation, Saturday Night at the Movies and Sunday Afternoon Jazz Series will begin the weekend of June 21-22.
The Suisun City Historic Waterfront Business Improvement District and the Rotary Club of Fairfield-Suisun each contributed $500 to the Foundation to support Saturday Night at the Movies; PG&E contributed $2,500. Republic Services/Solano Garbage Company fully funded the Sunday Afternoon Suisun Waterfront Jazz Series through the Foundation.
Here's the upcoming schedule for Saturday Night at the Movies; movies begin at dusk (about 8:30 p.m.) on Harbor Plaza at Main Street and Solano Street in the heart of the Waterfront District. Come down early and eat at one of the Waterfront's great restaurants! Bring a blanket or low-slung chair for lawn seating, your favorite snacks, and enjoy the show!

Sunday Afternoon Jazz on the Waterfront will return for nine weeks, beginning on Sunday, June 22 from 3 to 5 p.m. Bring a blanket or low-slung chair for lawn seating and enjoy!

Grab a friend and join the fun at the 10th annual Waterfront Festival featuring “Art Wine and Chocolate”. The festival will be held Saturday Oct 4, 11 am - 5 pm at the Suisun City Historic Waterfront (Main and Solano Streets).
Wine tasting tickets will be available for $25 and includes a souvenir wine glass and eight - 1 oz. pours or a souvenir wine glass and a full glass of wine. (proof of age is required). A “wine shop” tent will be set up to sell bottles of selected wines.
Information on pre-sale tickets will be available in August.
Come browse the artisan booths set up along the beautiful waterfront, enjoy samples of delicious chocolate and find a new favorite wine at the wine tasting.
