Harbor Arts Center

The Harbor Arts Center is managed by the Creative Arts Collective.  The Creative Arts Collective is a compendium of of professional artists and educators who value the diversity of the arts and the internal and external satisfaction that it provides to those who participate. The Creative Arts Collective is a not for profit organization that incorporates the community educators and artists to cultivate a programming that enhances the talents of the students of all ages and invigorates the audiences that attend.
